Pro Spot's i5 SMART Spot Welder features a new medium frequency trans-gun capable of delivering 14,500A with 1,243 lbs (565 daN) of electrode force. The i5 is designed to handle all new ultra high strength steels including Boron, etc. The operator can choose between two different modes AUTO and MANUAL for the two-sided spot welding.
PHS-101 | BATTERY OPERATED WELDER
No 3-Phase required! Battery operated DC spot welding system with current monitoring. The Hybrid Spot now features weld current monitoring to show the operator how much current is delivered to each weld. The unit can also alert the user when the weld current falls below a preset level. The Hybrid Spot Resistance Spot Welder provides a great alternative spot welder where 3 phase power is not available or overloaded. PLT-50 | TIP SHARPENER
Spot welding is reliant on the ability to conduct high voltages at precise levels with the correct application of pressure and time. This kind of high precision work requires well-maintained tools. Maintaining clean weld caps (tips) is a critical part of quality welding. If you do not maintain clean weld caps you lose weld strength and performance. WELD DRILL
The Pro Spot Weld Drill is a tool that separates pieces of steel by drilling out spot welds while leaving one side intact. The weld drill comes with carbide drill bits that are safely used on today’s high-strength steels — including boron. A unique PVD coating increases the hardness to 3000 Vickers (HV) and operates at temperatures up to 1200 °F. They also have two blade geometry, rather than three, providing more material around the blades. This makes the blades much more resistant to impacts and vibrations while increasing their lifetime.

PR-205MV | SYNERGIC MIG WELDER
The PR-205MV is the new compact, lightweight, microprocessor-controlled welding inverter suitable for MIG/MAG, MMA + TIG welding processes. The PR-205MV is unmatched in welding and gives the operator complete control in manual mode or does the adjustments for you in synergic mode. The “synergy” helps the user adjust to the correct welding parameters. Simply select the desired combination between wire diameter, gas type and thickness to be welded; and the wire speed will be adjusted automatically by the machine.
SP-2 | SMART MIG
The SP-2 Smart MIG has two MIG torches that can be setup for two different base metals: Aluminum and Silicon Bronze or Steel. The shielding gas and weld program with the appropriate synergic curve automatically switch when pulling the trigger. The SP-2 is ideal for body shops welding stainless steel and aluminum. In synergic mode, the microprocessor controls optimal arc stability and weld quality. Welding can be done in continuous or pulse mode. Maximum power output of 200 A.

SP-1 | PULSE MIG
The SP-1 Pulse MIG is ideal for body shops welding stainless steel or aluminum. In synergic mode, the microprocessor controls optimal arc stability and weld quality. The PR-2 Welder is a highly versatile system that allows the user to weld multiple fasteners from the OEM. NP-3 | NITROGEN PLASTIC WELDER
The Nitrogen Plastic Welder uses hot nitrogen gas to restructure common plastic components in automotive repair — from cracked bumper cover surfaces to hinged tabs. Nitrogen is used as a shielding gas to prevent the plastic from burning during the weld process — producing a strong, lasting weld. Compressed air is used to maintain consistent temperature between welds — the nitrogen is only activated when pulling the trigger so that it’s not wasted between welds.

PR-5D | RIVET GUN
Pro Spot's PR-5D Rivet Gun System applies & removes rivets as a cold joining process on heat sensitive materials, like aluminum. The Riveter comes with a magnetic die kit for applying SPR and solid rivets, removing rivets and flattening. With today's vehicles, and all the different sized rivets used in collision repair, the PR-5D uses magnetic dies to assist in quick rivet changes. MWS-ST | STEEL DENT PULLING STATION
